A phobia is defined as such when you experience an irrational, unrealistic, persistent and excessive fear of an object or situation over a prolonged period of time (generally more than 6 month or so).
These vary across the population, but typical examples include fear of snakes, spiders, insects, heights, water, driving, speaking on stage and so on.
Our ‘state’ of being includes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual conditions. In this context when we use the word ‘Optimize’ it refers to the process of making one’s “state” effective as possible so that you can achieve your goals (personal or professional) while balancing all the elements of your life with ease and joy.

As a certified hypnotherapist, Vivek works with clients on 1-on-1 using multiple modalities such as Hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, Rapid Transformational Therapy, Parts work, Inner Child healing, Regression Therapy, Past Life regression and a few more.
These sessions can work on a wide range of challenges such as helping people to Quit Smoking, overcome trauma, dismantling phobias (public speaking, heights, flying, insects and animals etc) lasting habit change and ‘optimising’ one’s work and even one’s personal life habits or behaviours to become the best version of oneself.
On a good day Vivek is helping you change your habits, thoughts and your language patterns using humour and calling you out on your ‘BS’ (‘Bogus Story’). And on a bad day, he does what he does on good days.
These sessions are 1-on-1 and can be booked either in-person or online as the process and the efficacy of the session remains the same in both cases.
